To tell you the truth, I have a conspiracy theory regarding technology. I hate the constantly changing passwords, the hoops that need to be jumped through to get into your own accounts and the ever present "incorrect user name" icons that jump delightfully up at you at every turn. However, Eric has mentioned it might be wise for me to challenge my own fears in this matter. And, I think that it would be best for me to have some voice in this whole "blog" thing. Trust me, as readers, you will be grateful that this blog has a bit of debate so you don't die of boredom. So, wish me luck and enjoy the succulent contents which will follow.

Finally decided to enter the blogosphere. Here is a pic of us last fall on our annual pilgrimage to Holdberg orchard. We pick our pumpkins from the field, go on a hay ride, and the kids get to jump in old hay and piles of corn kernels.
